The American Museum of Papermaking houses the world's most extensive collection of paper and paper making artifacts. A grant from the Mead Witter Foundation recently provided funding for the creation of additional exhibition space, enhanced historical research facilities and an adjacent papermaking outreach space. The first exhibit in the new space is entitled From Hand to Machine: The Evolution of Papermaking.
